Average size of our mega marts: Average floor size of our mega marts is more than 10000 sf. No. of mega marts as on 31st March 2024 is 3 and 7 are under different stages of construction.

 

Business Model:

Apart from retailing, our company is also into real estate development business. We buy 5-25 acres of land develop the same as a residential and commercial complex and in the complex we construct and operate a mall/ mega mart in each real estate project.
 

Competitive Edge:

The presence of a mall/mega mart in each real estate project, influences the price of land/plots in a huge way and thus the incremental price appreciation in land price is generally many times more than the cost of the mega mart in the project and thus basically we get a zero cost mega mart. We do not take space on rent/lease. The real estate price of each mega mart appreciates at least 20% each year in Bihar. Due to all this, our stores are able to sell goods at a price which even a very big business cannot think of and thus it provides us a huge competitive edge over others.
